What is a Veterans Home Warranty?
A Veterans Home Warranty is a unique service contract that allows you to have coverage for any major breakdown on your home. For your major systems in your home the contract is for one (1) or two (2) years.
I have Homeowner’s insurance. Why do I need a home warranty?
Homeowner’s insurance covers fires, floods if in your policy, vandalism, and any major storm damages. Your homeowners insurance doesn’t cover your Appliances, Heating & A/C, Electrical, Plumbing, Roof Leaks, and Rotten Wood.
Who will handle break downs?
All of our work will be serviced through our sister company Veteran Homes and our approved contractors in our network. There will be no strangers just showing up shaking your hand who you have never seen or met who they work for. Here at VHW, life is made simple. While the Inspectors are out to inspect your home, feel free to ask about any renovation projects or any home improvement needs you may have.
How much will I have to pay for each visit?
Each visit cost the same thing each time; our prices do not change.

What is the service fee?
Please note that a service call cost $50.00 each time your claim is handled.
If I make too many claims, will Veterans Home Warranty cancel my coverage?
No, you won’t be canceled. We look forward to working with you on every claim.

Can I get exterior coverage without the Veterans plan if I already have a home warranty plan that covers the interior?
Yes, you can get the exterior coverage independently for 12 months. Just send your request to contact@veteranshomewarranty.com and one of our customer service representatives will contact you. All email request are answered as they come in.
